Bosch Automotive Service
Bosch Automotive is one of the leaders of the automotive industry. We helped the client build a Web app adjusted for GDPR compliance. We also worked on improving UX and UI to suit Bosch’s corporate guidelines.

An application that lets servicing companies easily manage leasing for car diagnostic tools and workshop tools.

Car repair shop employee training management. The employees can use it to schedule new training dates, manage participants, and generate attendance lists. Vehicle Repair Center owners can sign up for training sessions and use discounts available for Bosch Car Service network members.
A business app for reporting and managing car service orders for diagnostic tools and Bosch’s car servicing equipment. The app enables users to manage tool installation and servicing history as well as report possible defects.
An app that enables users to exchange old and faulty tools, which are later repaired and re-sold by Bosch. The app is used by car repair companies to register faulty subassemblies and ordering DHL delivery. Bosch employees check if the parts qualify for repair and contact the service via app.
A website that enables users to report diagnostic tools which are later handled by Bosch specialists.

compliance with EHS regulations
Our client delivers comprehensive legal management services directed at medium and large companies. They do it by providing both relevant consulting services and a software platform that helps the users maintain thorough compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations in various countries.
Sneak peek into the project
The client wanted to rework their current legacy application
while adding new functionalities. This would allow them to
stay competitive and provide even better services thanks to
improved user experience.
Since we’ve started our cooperation in 2016, we’ve added a
number of crucial functionalities to the main application such
as: an e-learning module, audit module, and a user-friendly
dashboard. We also kept working on the core legal compliance application to improve user experience and to future-proof the solution.
The modules we’ve worked on are live and actively used by
the users. Working with the company since 2016 has allowed
us to gain and expand our knowledge in the EHS regulations
domain.

POC for real estate video tours
in four hours
Morizon.pl is the biggest online real estate marketplace in
Poland, with considerable investor appeal—it was acquired
by Ringier Axel Springer Media (RASM).
Sneak peek into the project
To continue operating despite the unfavorable circumstances, the client decided to digitize the process and introduce a video tour to their Web and mobile app, starting with a quick proof of concept (POC).
Morizon received a proof of concept in four hours and a production version of the app four days later.
Video tours are now available to potential customers interested in property offers from both primary and secondary markets in Poland. Furthermore, adding online video property tours to their listings allowed Morizon to pull ahead of the competition at a crucial time. It’s now the first and only company in the Polish real estate industry to offer such a capability.

Quickly adopting to unusual
conditions
As all businesses faced by the pandemic nowadays, we needed to act quickly and adopt the unusual conditions as fast as possible. Thanks to Monterail's help and skill set, we managed to allow our customers to continue their business operations without significant losses to either quality or productivity. It gave our business the cutting edge over the competitors and we’re planning to continue developing our new app in the near future.
A company acquired for $20m
Extradom is a platform that specializes in architectural and real estate advisory for the selection and purchase of a house design. It provides proprietary tools and applications: iDesigner, a 3D house creator application, and a free house design comparison engine.
Sneak peek into the project
Stability of the app, shiny UX/UI, and integration with external assets via a REST API were among the development needs. The app also was supposed to be accessible online on every modern operating system and browser without installation.
The application of this size and complexity
demanded a powerful framework. We decided on technologies that would make data management easy, even when dealing with big and complex creations like iDesigner, and would help maintain stability and high performance on every platform the users might access it from. Extradom received a truly customer-oriented solution accessible online which has quickly gained a four-digit group of active users.

Building a 3D Web app is an extremely complicated case, requiring both extensive knowledge and experience. Monterail proved to live up to our expectations in using BabylonJS and providing a full-service experience. The discovery workshop, we managed to establish a common ground with the development team. We built a solid relationship for the future. Plenty of visual practices allowed us see the transformation between the idea and its realization. It was the biggest highlight of this time.
From plain webcasting
to advanced platform
Kastio is an interactive webcasting platform designed for business and training events. When they approached us, they wanted to transform the product from a plain webcasting suite into a modern and comprehensive streaming platform.
Sneak peek into the project
Kastio transformed from a plain piece of webcasting software into a state-of-the-art, feature-rich webcasting platform.
Its advanced functionalities allow the presenter to create visually rich webcasts with additional graphics and videos. While streaming, they can simultaneously monitor the engagement and activity of the audience, using provided live stats and feedback capabilities. Presenters can also communicate with viewers via surveys.
The platform is now also equipped with features allowing the
presenters to create secure broadcasts. In such cases, the use of the webcasting widget is limited to authorized domains only.

Across-border investment
and financial advisory platform
DealGlobe is fintech’s first cross-border M&A deals platform, providing investment and buy-side & sellside financial advisory services. The app connects businesses seeking investment and partnership opportunities, bridging the gap between Chinese and European markets involved in business spanning the entire globe.
Sneak peek into the project
The client needed a tool capable of big-data analytics and ensuring that the data behind the service is properly and clearly presented within the web interface.
In order to quickly gather insights about the markets and the potential users’ needs, we followed the progression of iteration results to react quickly. We designed the product from scratch, including the app’s road map and architecture, custom dashboard, and UX.
As a result of our cooperation was a working prototype, ready to be demoed to investors and first clients. After the release, DealGlobe became a leading advisor and investor in the fintech industry. A year later they announced a £1 million worth of Angel funds to help further the company’s development and growth.
